Dr. Lily graduated from Harvard University with a Bachelor's degree and the University of Georgia with a PhD in Creative Writing, and is a recipient of the John Harvard Scholars, which is awarded to the top 5% of students. She has worked at Northwestern University, ranked 15th in the world, and has been teaching English and Humanities at The Nueva School, the No. 1 public school in the San Francisco Bay Area, since 2014. She is a mentor, academic coach and subject area expert who has inspired many students, and has helped several students successfully apply to Stanford University.

She is committed to researching and teaching mathematics and statistics, and is not only highly skilled in her own field, but also passionate about teaching mathematics. With the philosophy that learning occurs without borders, she has been involved in volunteer mathematics teaching work at home and abroad, bringing hope to the education of children in remote mountainous areas of China and African countries.

Ms. Una holds a Master's Degree in Mathematics Education from the University of East Anglia, majoring in mathematics and applied mathematics at undergraduate level and mathematics education at master's level.
